Caleva offers you the opportunity to visit our lab facility in the south of England to work with the range of laboratory and manufacturing equipment, with your own materials if desired. Over 50 years of application experience, in a variety of industries worldwide, has proven Caleva to be an important part of many research and development projects.

The SSPC has Caleva laboratory equipment for their Powder Extrusion suite comprising:
Caleva Mini Screw Extruder (forerunner of the Caleva Multi Lab) with a range of dies
Variable Density Extruder with a range specially designed dies
Extruder 20 with standard and reduced height screen assemblies
Multi Bowl Spheronizer with 250 mm, 120 mm and 85 mm bowls, including the fines air control
Mini Mixer/Granulator (forerunner of the Caleva Multi Lab) with full and half sized mixing chambers
Mixer Torque Rheometer including half blade set
