Enhancing Customer Service through Partner Support and Collaboration
At Caleva we are proud to actively support our international distribution partners with the aim of improving customer service within our partner-managed regions.
In recent weeks, Caleva’s Steve Mate has travelled to France and Türkiye to spend time with Caleva’s distribution partners in these countries, Medelpharm and Tema Makina respectively.
During these trips Steve delivered vital equipment training through hands-on workshops and seminars. He has also been able to spend time with new and existing customers.
Supporting our Partners
Working as International Sales and Partnerships Manager, Steve Mate is ideally placed to provide training and information about Caleva’s range of specialist laboratory equipment.
Steve joined Caleva in 2018 and has a proven ability to build strong relationships with partners and customers alike. He is experienced in identifying processing solutions to meet the development and production needs of our customers all over the world.
Training, Workshops & Seminars
During his visit to Tema’s office in Türkiye, Steve provided essential hands-on training for the Mixer Torque Rheometer. He also spent some time with customers and enjoyed getting to know the wider Tema team.
The workshops and seminars hosted by Medelpharm at their premises in Lyon, provides an opportunity for industry experts to come together for two days for valuable hands-on learning alongside more formal presentations. We are proud to be able support this event, and it was a highlight for Steve who was given the opportunity to participate.
